How does their style boost or hamper morale? The self-aware leader can answer these questions because they've taken the time to reflect on how their actions influence those around them. They have received the coaching and mentoring needed to continue to grow, and they are not afraid to hold themselves accountable for the outcomes. They don't resist feedback on their performance.
